Unfortunately, if you are not a US resident and don't have US SSN, you cannot apply for a regular US credit card. To get a US credit card, you are supposed to aquire American citizenship or to work there.

i few months ago i had applied for a credit card through aspen i becam seperated shortly after and my ex said that i needed to send 20 dollars to activate however she can not find what she did wih the letter can you send me a nother form

I am afraid, we do not provide the deals of Aspen. Probably you applied at some other site. Though if there have been months before you activated your card, you application form may have been cancelled.

You fill-in the applications form that sends your data to the bank, where it is processed. While you just wait for approval. Choose the credit card you like and apply online to save your time.

are there any credit cards with instant approval that let you use your credit immediately without having to wait for the actual card to be mailed to you?
